Shining for Hannah as His Majesty’s Glows

hannah's house supporters, Mineral Resources and Telethon representatives

The exterior of His Majesty’s Theatre glowed yellow on Monday night as Hannah’s House supporters gathered to launch our annual Shine for Hannah campaign.

The upstairs cocktail event, held in partnership with the Arts and Culture Trust, saw dozens of guests don yellow attire to celebrate the vital role Hannah’s House plays in supporting children with complex and life-limiting health conditions, and their families.

Attendees included representatives from the West Coast Eagles, Telethon, Mineral Resources and WA Charity Direct, as well as Hannah’s House Board and committee members, and founders Martin Watson and Jacky Vigurs. Martin and Jacky’s daughter, Hannah, who died in 2010 at the age of 19, was born with a rare medical condition that required round-the-clock care.

CEO Jonine Collins thanked Hannah’s House supporters for their continued generosity, saying it paved the way to provide crucial pro bono care – as well as comfort and joy – to some of the community’s most vulnerable children.
