In-home care for kids with complex needs

Hannah’s House is a family-centred service caring for children and young people aged from birth to 18 years who have life-limiting or complex conditions. We support children with their physical, mental and social wellbeing, focussing on quality of life and care for the whole family.

We currently provide services within the family home and can support you with:

Transition from hospital to home-based care

Short-term planned day or overnight respite

Assistance with daily living through your child’s NDIS Plan

Play Therapy Plans

Emergency or crisis support in times of high need

Palliative care and end-of-life respite

Hannah’s House specialises in support for kids! We care for children from birth up to 18 years of age. Our team of registered nurses and support workers have paediatric experience and are skilled in meeting the care needs and development goals of children with life-limiting or complex conditions.

Hannah’s House provides:

Supports for children with neurological and respiratory conditions, global development delay, acquired brain injury and rare or life-limiting conditions.
Staff skilled in complex care needs including tracheostomy and respiratory care, seizure management, nutritional feeding and other medical needs.
Clinical coordinators and registered nurses with paediatric experience supervising staff and caring for families.
Dedicated paediatric educators providing training and support to staff and families.
A play specialist who can develop a ‘Play Time Play Plan’ to support your child’s development milestones.
