NDIS Supports

Care that comes home

Hannah’s House is a dedicated children’s service providing NDIS supports for children and young people aged from birth to 18 years old.

We are an accredited and registered disability services provider through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). We have been providing in-home care for children with high intensity and complex needs since 2014.

We focus on the development and care outcomes that are important to your child and work in partnership with the whole family to help your child take part fully in everyday life – at home, at school or in the community.

As a specialist service, our staff are skilled in supporting children with high-intensity needs. This includes assisting with the daily management of respiratory conditions, seizures, nutritional and personal care needs and engaging your child in a range of developmental and play activities to build skills and capacity.

We share your desire to see your child enjoy as many opportunities and experiences as possible.

My son Jaydan is 11 years old and has a Complex Congenital Heart Disease, DiGeorge Syndrome, Osteoporosis and intellectual delay. Jaydan is in a wheelchair and can only walk short distances under 1:1 supervision and assistance. We have loved the experience of having someone come into the home to care for Jaydan. He really enjoys Will’s company and he is also teaching him some independence.

Jemma, mother

I love having Will from Hannah’s House come because he likes doing the same things as me and playing Minecraft and making videos. I have a lot of fun when he comes. He looks after me and talks to me. He teaches me how to put soap on and how to look at Minecraft tutorials.
