Do you have an NDIS Plan for your child?

Hannah’s House is a dedicated children’s service providing NDIS supports for children and young people aged from birth to 18 years across the Perth metro area.

We have been providing in-home care for children with complex needs since 2014 and offer children and families a number of benefits:

  • We are a niche provider and only support kids!
  • An in-house paediatric nurse educator who provides customised training to ensure staff are competent in delivering your child’s care plan.
  • Staff trained to support complex needs - tracheostomy and respiratory management; seizure disorders; nutritional feeding; and other medical requirements.
  • Clinical and/or registered nursing support and supervision.
  • Experience with rare, complex and life-limiting conditions and disabilities.

We can support you with the following NDIS Core Supports:

  • Daily Living – Assistance with Daily Life
  • Assistance with self-care
  • Social & Community Participation
  • Short-term Accommodation – in-home based respite care
  • Individual assessment and support by a Registered Nurse (Community Nursing)

We support children who have a ‘standard’ or ‘high intensity’ assessment and will offer Registered Nurses depending on your Plan budget.

In all cases we focus on the needs of your child and family in selecting your staff and managing your roster.

Hannah’s House operates under the National Standards for Disability Services. We have a Board-level Clinical Governance Committee that oversees our clinical service delivery and a range of policies to ensure practices that are child-safe and person-centred.

Whether you have an approved NDIS Plan for your child, are in pre-planning or heading towards a Plan review, please contact us for a confidential chat about how we can support your child’s Plan goals and milestones.
