Workplace Giving is a simple, tax-effective way for staff to give to a registered charity of their choice that has deductible gift recipient (DGR) status, through their pre-tax salary. Employers can support staff to give by offering a charity or charities for staff to support and providing deductions easily via their Payroll system.
Offering to match the gifts made by staff through workplace giving is a great morale booster and research has found that it makes it employees feel their company is an even better place to work!
Hannah’s House is registered with Good2Give, which specialises in workplace giving and can provide you with more information on how to easily set up a regular giving program for staff of your business.
